Yoga, movement, and gathering
Yoga is a practice of relationship.
At Eadem Arbor, yoga begins with movement and attention, but it does not end there. Practice can be a way of listening to the body, meeting other people, connecting with place, and creating space for something beyond productivity.
Our classes make room for different bodies, different levels of experience, and different reasons for practicing. Some practices are challenging. Some are quiet. The common thread is attention, movement, breath, and relationship.
Eadem Arbor creates yoga and wellness gatherings in studios, parks, breweries, retreat spaces, community venues, and other places where people come together.
We collaborate with artists, musicians, wellness practitioners, local businesses, venues, and organizations to create experiences that support both individual wellbeing and the communities around us.
Come for the practice.
Stay for what happens when people gather.
