The idea

The name is a reminder that difference does not have to mean disconnection. We are individual people, businesses, communities, artists, practitioners, organizations, and ecosystems—but none of us exists alone.

The work

Eadem Arbor creates yoga practices, wellness experiences, community events, and strategic programs that help people and organizations explore more connected ways of living and working.

The through-line

Yoga, business, social media, events, and community can look like separate things. For us, they are different ways of asking the same questions: How do we gather? How do we communicate? How do we care? How do we create systems that support people rather than extract from them?
